La ceremonia de los Critics ‘ChoiceAwards se llevó a cabo este pasado domingo, un evento que sirve como termómetro para los Oscar y como afirmación de los Globos de Oro más que nada en los rubros televisivos.

Presentado por TayeDiggs, estuvo marcado por  la pandemia del coronavirus con  emotivos discursos sobre pérdidas y la necesidad de reconectarse en un momento tan desafiante. Al igual que los Globos de Oro los nominados estaban en sus casashecho que se transformó en furor en las redes sociales

 “The Crown” de Netflix volvió a imponerse con premios casi calcados a la entrega de hace unos días. La ficción que muestra a la realeza británica y la historia de la reina Isabel II volvió a imponerse en casi todos los rubros actorales y, por supuesto, se llevó el premio a mejor serie dramática del año. En cuanto a las comedias, “Schitt’s Creek” también repitió, al igual que “Gambito de Dama” y Ana Taylor Joy en lo que se refiere a Miniseries o películas para TV.
